Tax on takeaway boxes

Most takeaways come in card boxes or foil cartons anyway so it shouldnt be that a big issue.

Some come in plastic tupperware style boxes. Our local Indian sends those.

They are flimsy mind - not really good enough to wash and reuse as they split easily and they don't withstand freezer use.

It's a good idea to help cut down on the plastic consumption, just like carrier bags.

Why do people feel the need to jump at Brexit/Tories ffs.

Takeaways should just come in cardboard boxes or paper bags / containers.

No , some supermarkets pass it to charity but the rest just keep it
Wasn't it "recommended" they pass it to charity?
