I don't have the mechanism for hate, but I'm guessing other people hating the same people as you, speeds up the ageing process that you may leave this annoying planet with it's hateful people sooner rather than later.

I’d think about giving up if I were you.
They try to give 2 sides to an argument while deliberately missing obvious points to the issues. Listeners think they, only only they, know a golden nugget of information. They phone in, or ideally post about it on social media. Creating more publicity and making it seem socially acceptable to discuss.
