How much time does it take you to walk the dog generally speaking?

I used to take my sisters dog for a walk she was only small a small dog so about 15-20 minutes and she was done.

I never fail to see someone walking a dog when I leave the house these days.

Take the dug out on a morning about 30-45mins, same on the night weather permitting, quick round the block if its pissing down. Either Saturday or Sunday is spent walking the dog somewhere further afield for most of the day as well

Old Cocker Spaniel needs about 30 minutes a day now, any more and her joints get a bit painful.

Young Cocker Spaniel would walk all day given the choice but normally 2 x 45 minute walks plus a bit of fetch in the garden is enough.

All about the breed...we had a working cocker.
45 minute morning walk and hour afternoon but weekends nice long walks. All walks were him chasing and retrieving to try and tire him out ;)

Apart from walks we were constantly keeping him active/interested by hiding stuff for him or playing with him.

Hard work but don’t half miss him

Mine has 2 walks per day just short of an hour each.
Being a worker and a Lab he needs it and of course off the lead.
