Not sure if it has already been mentioned, but could it be that his mam will be the actual owner (as she's meant to be the one with the money) but as she still holds some shares in Marseille and can't legally own two clubs that its just her sons name on the paperwork. So his in name for legal/technical reasons, but really a family investment?

true but the company as a whole were very easy to deal with and that normally comes from the top, lets hope daddy instilled the same ethics in his boy
