Not sure if it has already been mentioned, but could it be that his mam will be the actual owner (as she's meant to be the one with the money) but as she still holds some shares in Marseille and can't legally own two clubs that its just her sons name on the paperwork. So his in name for legal/technical reasons, but really a family investment?
