Looks like they have a record of him in the youth team, could well have dabbled at schoolboy level, plus if you look at the picture of him here, there is a really strong resemblence

Some of it is yes ofcourse. Based on what the proposed share structure is though, one thing isnt. That the same 3 collectively have a majority shareholding still. Think there is a bit of hyperbole at the minute mate. Getting over excited normally leads to tears. Looks encouraging, and that is great, my view is wait and see what develops.
