From who? SD has publicly stated he wants out so why would he still want to have overall control?Don’t shoot the messenger, just repeating what I heard last night. Bob Murray is involved with a consortium to take over the club but SD still wants overall control. May be BS but discussions on-going with Neil Fox. ( from a member of the consortium).
Could change the manager.Really don't see the point in this needing to be done as soon as. Nothing can or will be done about what happens on the pitch now.
So they can’t sack the manager? Honestly don’t get those on here stating even if we have new owners there’s no point in getting rid of Parkinson at this stage etc. The bloke is an abortion of a manager and needs gone ASAP.Really don't see the point in this needing to be done as soon as. Nothing can or will be done about what happens on the pitch now.
Can’t see that happening but I’d welcome him back with open arms, if we aren’t getting a big money owner then Murray would be the next best thing.Don’t shoot the messenger, just repeating what I heard last night. Actually was TOLD. SD still wants to be major shareholder but not actively involved. From who? SD has publicly stated he wants out so why would he still want to have overall control?

Bob was sounded out by another party, prior to SD buying from Short.Just to point out - there is a huge difference between Bob Murray being "involved" with a consortium and being part of a consortium.
It would make sense for interested parties to consult with previous owners of the club, but this doesn't mean they are part of the takeover in any way.
He is part of a 3 man group.Just to point out - there is a huge difference between Bob Murray being "involved" with a consortium and being part of a consortium.

Dinnit bother then. See ya.Can someone direct me to one single post where any of the itk’s have actually stated anything apart from the obvious? I just want guidance on whether I should bother checking the thread ever again
It was a better corner shop than this oneHe never had the money the last time and ran it like a corner shop......
Bob Murray will never ever get involved with Sunderland again. Fact.Don’t shoot the messenger, just repeating what I heard last night. What he is saying publically is so far from the truth. From who? SD has publicly stated he wants out so why would he still want to have overall control?
...hece why the pair from Dubai want MG as head of talks for them. Cos he knows the.club and area and are mates with him and trust him. He's not involved financially as i've already stated tho but Donald still acting the twat. He just can't let go.Just to point out - there is a huge difference between Bob Murray being "involved" with a consortium and being part of a consortium.
