On a typical P/E ratio for the sector, the Louis Dreyfus Company is worth around $36bn, and is 90% family owned. While not as rich as some of the principals in FPP, they're wealthier than Short and Ashley put together.
I think that’s what’s known as serious wealth, obviously not serious enough for an element if our support but hey ho.

I’m definitely not in the Parkinson camp. At all, however agree that it wouldn’t be fair to sack him with his current league record this season. He’s earned more time.

If he continues pulling in 2ppg then brilliant and he’ll be proving me wrong which I’d be chuffed about. If he doesn’t and we stutter or drop like I fear might happen, then that will be the time for action.

Let’s see where we are in December.
Fuck Parkinson. Get rid.

Wouldn't say I have been "invested" in teh club for quite some time now. Perked up a little when Methven/Donald talked the talk in the first few weeks but quickly became apparent that they weren't going to implement anything like what we need. As soon as we wasted the money we did on Will Grigg it was all confirmed.

Not having a downer on any new owners. Just putting out my view that the £ sign (followed by an arbitrary number) in a headline doesn't matter much at all really. Goes way beyond that.
In full agreement with this Hebburn wanker.

What's lovely about this is that nearly every ROAS ITK has been completely and utterly found out...

...and the even more tedious "nothing's happening" misery guts brigade now have to pipe down too*

*neither of them will, I know.

Still, a good day. I'm happy. Anyone who says they aren't excited about the prospect of a billionare owner, whose family have run clubs and won leagues before, with Donald being peddled from running the club, is just twisting for the f***ing sake of it.

So this takeover is being led by a 22 year old whose * parents * are worth quite a few quid. The ‘football brains‘ at the club will inevitably still belong to Donald and ace PR guru Methven. I’m frantic with anticipatory excitement.
They're gonna have no input whatsoever and they have kept a stake so they can eventually make alot of money from it. This 22 year old is not going to be the one making the decisions if Prehab and Co are correct, its gonna be the big football people that are coming in
