Not only is it using the same wording that the gutter press have been using since Stewart Donald announced he was "selling" the club (which seems to mean anything but what it is supposed to) but how can you have a 'partial takeover? You either take over or you don't.

These articles about this American buying us for £30m or whatever it is are just full of falsehoods.
