If it's Fuhrman and Sartori, I believe they've both gone through the fit and proper tests, so it would be more a case of checking the business plan, so it could be much shorter. It only takes much longer if there are doubts over the completeness and accuracy of the details provided, or that the buyers might be human rights abusing, copyright pirating, murderers.

I always believed last year the fpp thing was to be announced pending efl approval. I never realised it had got that far. So it does seem to fit again this time around with wanting to wait until everything is done for an announcement unlike Donald who announced his deal before going to the EFL.

Things change, hence what Bob knaars changes, he just isnt posting anymore for obvious reasons.
Other people just speculating.
 
I would say it seems very likely now something is going on. If the efl are the next stage then that leaves only two options really on who can do it in such a short time frame. Either sartori is taking over a larger share of the club or its the fpp deal that has been suggested. For me I think sartori is the type of man who is more than happy to sit back with a small percentage with minimal at risk and without having to do much work himself. We also have the word of tony davison who said fans will be happy with it. Barnes has also said Donald wants to walk away completely and I dont think he would under the sartori deal.

He (Bob) also said that Sartori's father in law wasn't involved, then five minutes later responded to somebody posting Rybolovlev's Wikipedia link saying there might be something to this. Clearly not realising they are one and the same.

He even says himself his deal hasn't been accepted (we should once again remember James Hunter has said he hasn't even put in a bid), he's starting to really really piss me off. Billy I know you'll be reading this, you're a joke.
