That does seem cheap but maybe it's because they're so low down. I just bought some in U3 and they were near enough £150 each including fees (£13 service charge per ticket plus other fees).

U29B is padded seats.
L21 will have the lighting pylon and sound area in the way of viewing the stage near centre circle maybe.
