Assuming that you work in software, should you not be telling us what your requirements are and we can point you in the direction of something that fulfils them rather than you just getting a shiny toy to play with?;)
I've been out of the game for three years but we used Jira on Agile projects.

Scrivener is the tool I use everyday now. Brilliant for writing and I can see that it would have its uses in document creation but probably overkill for your needs.
I also use Evernote to synchronise all my note taking.

The software I use 99% of the time:
Visual Studio
Perforce (source code management)
ILSpy
Notepad++
Outlook
Chrome

Mascot
MOMIDS
ALFENS
ET
TAMPA
CERD
RASDA

some of those might be out of service these days. I would say obsolete, but they were that the day they came in..

JIRA/ Confluence - Agile stories/ project management
Casewise - process mapping
Visio - process mapping when Casewise is shite
ExpenseIn - to record every receipt I generate in working hours
Fieldglass - send timesheets to Reed to get paid
Jabba - IM/ video conferencing
WebEx - presenting shite

Slack
Trello
Timetastic
Monday (will be replacing Trello I think)

(plus job specific ones)

Why Monday over Trello?

Will check out notepad++, thanks.

What's visual studio and ILSpy for?

JIRA/ Confluence - Agile stories/ project management
Casewise - process mapping
Visio - process mapping when Casewise is shite
ExpenseIn - to record every receipt I generate in working hours
Fieldglass - send timesheets to Reed to get paid
Jabba - IM/ video conferencing
WebEx - presenting shite

Is casewise worth a look then or problematic?

Only requirements at the minute is an online learning management tool, for customers to log into and learn about the product. Everything else is seeing if there are things I am missing out on.

Would love to know if there is something better to make userguides/training material. Currently using PowerPoint/pdf.
