Swap deal for Borini?

You have to be joking, no way would I let that happen, if that is the only deal on the table you can tack Borini back and we'll bring another quality signing in to replace him. I'd like to think he would stay though but it would take some doing changing his mind as he's already spoke out about his future.

Nee chance. Try and get him on another loan deal or put in an offer and see what they say. Think he'll want to go back and prove himself to be honest, but could find himself on the fringes and open to a move next Jan or the summer after.

Think I read somewhere that his contract runs out then so it might be worth just putting an offer in (that doesn't involve a swap deal). Would love to sign him, but not at the expense of Johnson.

Borini loves it here : he never got to do his hand in mouth thing at Liverpool ! Shouldn't be hard to agree a price once he's decided he wants to come

He's consistently hinted that he will go back to Liverpool. Can't see us getting him permanent unless Liverpool let him know he isn't wanted.

If they're willing to let Borini go in a swap deal then surely they're open to selling him.

Offer £6M and see where that gets us.

Forget 6million mate. Play hard ball offer 2 milli0n and see what happens. They took massive hits on Carrol and Downing, no reason for us to be bent over.

I would however Bend over backwards for KI though.

We shouldn't need to since he will be in the last year of his contract with Swansea next season. They're not going to get even close to what they paid for him. The only problem might be bigger clubs if they're interested.
