RAWA Supporters Collective Meeting 26th March

Others seem to manage it. I note that Police presence around the stadium these days is very limited for most games, and has been for years. Are the club trying to save a few quid on the bill?!

Do the club have to spend more on Police presence to potentially make an away fans move happen?
Well the general rule is the football club pays for the policing of the ground along with the stewarts etc, so who knows what's going on, but if you look at it from the police point of view no chance do they go for it, if they haven't got enough man power on the ground, plus it will cost the club money, in all directions it cost them money to put them up there, and it will cost them to bring them down, plus it will cost them money to move fan's to other parts of the ground, and building acceptable features that both the SAG and the Police will need to sign off on, its a red tape nightmare and a lot of money spend, if it ever does happen it will have to be once we return to the premier league, so the costs can be off set by the television income.

Are there plans to fix the North Stand scoreboard before it stops working completely?

Any further plans to attempt to clean the SoL and fix roof leaks etc?

Any plans to help improve the atmosphere?

Probably has a lot to do with all of the CCTV, and the second you commit any sort of disorder you’ll be swooped on and landed with a sentence like you’re the second coming of Al Capone.

Can you ask why in the David Young bar we are treat with the amazing choice of bottled Carling lager only, can we not have something that doesn’t taste like dredged river water

What do you expect from the David Young bar. Get yourself to the Dennis Tueart bar… all artisan products there. Staff with flair, good at getting shots out, though might dribble a little as well,
Is there any chance at all of them sorting out the bars (we are in the East stand). The standard and quality of the draught beers is absolutely awful. We had to take back 4 pints of lager at the last game as it was flat and tasteless. Ended up having to make do with warm canned Guinness as they hadn’t put it in the fridge.
The matchday experience inside the ground with the quality and prices is abysmal.

It’s pretty disgraceful. If the supporters museum can get a decent pint out every match the club can, it needs to get itself someone in who knows about this stuff as the catering contract company is not just taking the piss, its serving it
Does the club have a GDPR issue?
I’m being sent incomplete renewal emails to an old gmail account.
However, my SAFC.COM and SAFC Ticket account registration are with my Outlook email account.
Why are they using the wrong email? An old mailing list perhaps. If so, what’s the GDPR position?

You’re getting emails ! Lucky you. I still don’t know formally that they would like me to renew my ticket. Don’t think I ever will. Same happened last year. Made sure my email was everywhere and all the boxes ticked . Makes no difference.
Club don’t communicate with me… how many other fans are there like that?

The next supporters collective meeting will be held on the 26th March.

If there's anything you want discussing, please can you add it to this thread.

I'm already aware of the 70% attendance season ticket rule which will hopefully be discussed with the club before this meeting.
*Why didn't they sort out the 5G upgrades in the stadium they promised last summer?

*Pre Season

*Kier Hardie Way..... Needs closing for half or so after the match apart from the park and ride buses.

*70% rule..... Confirm if it's just for the u16's, and will they introduce a simple ticket portal where you can indicate you can't attend so the ticket can be resold?

*Why is there a £1.50 fee applied to renewing online?
