RAWA Supporters Collective Meeting 26th March

Is there any chance at all of them sorting out the bars (we are in the East stand). The standard and quality of the draught beers is absolutely awful. We had to take back 4 pints of lager at the last game as it was flat and tasteless. Ended up having to make do with warm canned Guinness as they hadn’t put it in the fridge.
The matchday experience inside the ground with the quality and prices is abysmal.

If this hasn't been already discussed I'd add:

- are the club looking into how we can help stop the early leavers? They should be investigating the reasons to see what the main reason is i.e. poor transport or access after the game

- have any plans for move away fans been ditched? This would definitely help with the atmosphere if moved to lower bowl

- will the club consider opening the full lower bowl for cup games? The Stoke game was an absolute shit experience with queues for get in and a crush to get to the kiosks and toilets being borderline dangerous.

- why do we have no concerts yet for this summer? Were there no opportunities to get any?

- why does our communication continue to be so poor? Are we missing key roles at the club around this area and what plans to improve are in place?
first two most important questions for the club, given customer safety needs a kick up the arse.

They already have. The geniuses at the club decided the best way to keep people in till full time is to order people to leave 5 minutes before the end so they can put on a light show. The thick bastards

The next supporters collective meeting will be held on the 26th March.

If there's anything you want discussing, please can you add it to this thread.

I'm already aware of the 70% attendance season ticket rule which will hopefully be discussed with the club before this meeting.
Sizing issues with Hummel gear. Never known a brand be all over the place. Got various shirts/tops from what they have released this year ranging from Large to 3XL due the sizing inconsistencies

Yet with previous Nike/Adidas gear the sizing was spot on everything I got was one size only and fits better than most of the Hummel range

At the last meeting did the club not already say that fans would be consulted regarding renewal plans?
Especially the reason why someone thought it a good idea to drop the U16 ST Category?

Do the club not realise (most) U16s are not in FT employment, or even PT at that, and actually, the person paying for their son/daughter ST is actaully the personal (probably) also having to pay almost £500+ for their own ST as well? Going from £55 to £140 (at E/Bird prices) is ridiculous!

I get they need to fund the club somehow, but thats almost TREBLE last year!

Will probably be because it's from different factories. Some gear from China, but a lot of the kit is from Turkey.

Not saying it shouldn't be queried/raised as an issue mind.

Aye just checked all of mine

Replica shirts all from turkey ( there is a noticeable difference between home and 3rd shirt)

All the training gear is made in china which makes the ones in the picture even more baffling as had to go 3XL in black one. Also got the home pre match top ( with ships on sleeve) that’s made in china too but had to get Large🤷‍♂️

Does the club have a GDPR issue?
I’m being sent incomplete renewal emails to an old gmail account.
However, my SAFC.COM and SAFC Ticket account registration are with my Outlook email account.
Why are they using the wrong email? An old mailing list perhaps. If so, what’s the GDPR position?

@Becs please could seek clarification on the home cup ticketing policy? As they haven’t launched a home cup scheme as part of the renewal, I have a horrible feeling they want to keep the farce of just opening the East Stand. It’s a pathetic policy that saves a pathetically small amount of money

Just a repeat of my previous post (last meeting/collective)..any chance of the re-introduction of a discounted card for local travel on match days (similar to the Wear on our Way card of a few seasons back)..Only asking on behalf of we exiles..

You could ask the club directly… but the GDPR email address diverts to a member of staff who no longer works there

I would like us to petition the owners to say no more 12.30 kick off games, it spoils the whole match day experience, in fact I’m f***ing sick of them.

Not sure if it’s been mentioned, but can the club provide any update on potentially moving the away fans. Clearly it’s not going to happen next season, but based on what I’ve seen this season - including today at Coventry - better atmospheres result when the fans spark off each other.

If the club wants the atmosphere to improve, this will help imo. It’s not the be all and end all, of course, but it will make a positive contribution.

I think the SAG, will smash this down the second they mention it, the police will be all over it like a rash, along the lines of, everything works just fine now, and due to man power issues and potential problems with football hooliganism they won't sign off on it, plus will mention the safety certificate on the ground etc etc.

Others seem to manage it. I note that Police presence around the stadium these days is very limited for most games, and has been for years. Are the club trying to save a few quid on the bill?!

Do the club have to spend more on Police presence to potentially make an away fans move happen?
