RAWA Supporters Collective Meeting 26th March

I know it's old ground but the concourse lager/beer choice is nothing short of embarrassing. I've stopped getting it. This alone should set off alarm bells.

We signed a new contract this year with same supplier, although the supplier does have more then we get.

Slightly away from football matters , David Bruce said the concerts were a massive revenue stream and would be making sure the stadium would be used through the summer.

As it's March now it looks unlikely we will be getting any concerts in 2025. Will this be changed for 2026 as every pound into the club is important

If this hasn't been already discussed I'd add:

- are the club looking into how we can help stop the early leavers? They should be investigating the reasons to see what the main reason is i.e. poor transport or access after the game

- have any plans for move away fans been ditched? This would definitely help with the atmosphere if moved to lower bowl

- will the club consider opening the full lower bowl for cup games? The Stoke game was an absolute shit experience with queues for get in and a crush to get to the kiosks and toilets being borderline dangerous.

- why do we have no concerts yet for this summer? Were there no opportunities to get any?

- why does our communication continue to be so poor? Are we missing key roles at the club around this area and what plans to improve are in place?

Is there the option of the ticket office being open late on say a Thursday? Only being open until 5 Monday to Friday really doesn’t give people a chance to get down if they’re at work

when i log into my account, it has check mark against 'i agree for my data to be used for Profiling'

it doesn't allow me to uncheck this box.

can they explain in detail what 'profiling' means?

i can't remember this option being there before, i certainly didn't agree to it

You just click edit and you can untick it, it's 100% you must have agreed to it at one point as it's against GDPR to do that so you may not have noticed

The club actively tell supporters with flashing light issues to leave before full time so they can play with the buttons on their new toy. So it’s difficult.

Closing kier hardie way will improve it if you ask me. Or they’ll leave even earlier.
