Supporter Update

Aye it’s class when my mate’s 6 year old daughter screams in fear when someone lets one off next to her like. Proper amazing atmosphere that.

Does she also scream when the smoke machine goes off at a disco? Repeatedly told of the health risks but these risks only apply to football crowds (as per usual) which is my most people just rebel.

Same applies to the rake of the upper section of the SOL. Life threatening risks to have away fans up there but no associated risks for gigs etc with everyone up and dancing whilst theres all sorts of pyro being fired all over the shop, smoke machines etc as part of the performance.

Sorry but this is idiotic. A pyro smoke has a disgusting smell and can cause way more problems for breathing than a smoke machine. Entirely different kettle of fish.

bet she hates bonfire night
Setting off a pyro in a full away end isn't creating atmosphere. It's being a complete bellend.
ok grumpy old man
Many times I’ve sat at the match thinking “what we need right now to get the atmosphere fever pitch is a pyro and some idiot to run on the pitch”
sat there many times thinking we should sit in silence too but here we are.

not exactly a massive promoter of pyro by any means but some of the responses on here are ridiculous.

So since promotion we've had the club have to tell fans to stop shining a laser pen at an opponent, have a player have to ask fans stop singing about the size of his penis, now we have the club telling fans not to throw smokebombs with the possibility of reduced ticket allocations

There'll be plenty along soon to try and argue that smoke bombs are great..

I've never once seen a smoke bomb and thought "that really makes me want to sing/shout". Atmosphere has been fantastic for many years prior to smoke bombs being used, simply aren't necessary.

They are tom, they look class, unfortunately not allowed.

Yeah cos a trained professional setting off timed pyros at a gig is the same as a pissed up dickhead hoying one around at random at a match

All clubs have a section of support that are "undesirables" Regretably we are no different. Lower away ticket allocations and other actions against our club means those in charge need to take steps to stop this type of behaviour.

I can never understand people running on the pitch...its embarrassing ........and where is the new rule that if you enter the field of play you are banned?

And where is the police to hoy them in jail

Grow up. Stop this stupidity.

Love them me...looked class at Wembley when few went off at the same time.
Just don't risk hurting someone by throwing them.

See the club still haven't done anything to stop things been thrown down on to kids in the North Stand.
What happened to the netting.
