You are allowed to take exercise, if that involves resting half way and having a sit down or lie down then there aren’t any rules prohibiting it

they need to be clearer on what they expect of people

When they start the schools up again they need to add a common sense subject to the curriculum. How to follow simple instructions... stuff like putting fingers in sockets and what exercise means. Hopefully breed the stupidity out of the nation. The difference between household and family is another one people struggle with.

We have actual proper laws and a legal system in this country.
 
The figures for Cumbria are in part due to inaction on the part of local authorities. A teacher came back from Milan in March and tested positive, but they didn't close the school down.

Wonder where that Sunderland surge came from... not surprising like given some people.

Our reported cases as a city are double that for the whole of South Korea today.
