I have been informed(don't know if its true) that Sunderland hospital is filling up rapidly with the overspill from South Tyneside.
The trend in admissions there is back to early-Feb numbers I think. Public dashboard is a week behind so possibly higher still now. Bit of a sudden spike in admissions in STAS

Was the opposite last weekend when my mate went to South Tyneside because he struggled to get into Sunderland.

I think Sunderland was a bit of an anomaly until this last week or so. When they were reporting less that 10 patients we had more than forty yet we are similar sized trusts. That seems to have corrected now.
