Awful first half that but I don't have a clue how Pritchard didn't take that chance, easiest opportunity we'll have all season

Anyone else hopeful we'll still get summit outta this? I am and 1-0 at HT ain't bad considering and it's a shame Pritchard didn't have a cooler head to put away that great early chance.
It’s a tough game. Really impressed with their right back. Will do well to salvage a point but I do think we’ve got a goal in us.
To be fair to Boro, they are a strong side at this level.

Loads of wankers on this thread mind. This season is going to be a bit like this peaks and troughs. We are ok but there are better teams than us at this level including Boro. There’s no need to slaughter players who make a mistake or aren’t quite at their best. A big learning experience. Fingers crossed we improve second half but if we don’t they will hopefully learn from it.
Haway man, this match has me debating whether to take up glue sniffing FFS 🤣

All over the place, this is the worst I've seen us play before Neil got here. Sloppy with the ball, not tracking runners, looking uninterested with and without the ball. Toothless up front and all over the place at the back. We're just going through the motions. We're still in it at 1-0 at least, lets see what rousing team talk our boro manager can give.

Midfield is terrible. Losing the ball... not supporting Simms... really poor.

Right Tony - what are you made of?

You knew he was about the fuck up as soon as he got the ball at the end there when he passed it across goal. He has made the wrong decision every time he's touched the ball today, literally just running himself into trouble.
He frustrates the life out of me. I missed the Rotherham game so still haven’t seen a great performance from him! His decision making at times is baffling. Loads of technique but often a lack of end product. Similar to Roberts in that sense
