They don't, you have to have new evidence that was not available at the time. Jail terms in this country are half the sentence in prison and half on license unless there's a minimum amount of time placed on them.

Which is one of my points, why don't they make terrorists and the like serve their full sentence?...or be honest in the media and say " he got six year but it's only actually three" or again is that too simple?
