Absolute heroes to a man and woman in the RNLI. I love having a wander round any lifeboat stations I come across and reading some of the stories.

If you want to look around feel free to ask, granted we have the work horses and not the luxury boats with kettles like some of the quiet station have.

Bloke from Castletown used to do it, that would be at least 10 minutes on a clear run.

Just B and D class, flanked by alb’s, I can’t remember a job when we would have needed one to be honest, our jobs are primarily close to shore or day boats not Dfds ferries or owt
