Just caught him in sunderland library for the second time this week, engaging in civilised conversation with people and browsing current affairs websites. No daft dancing that conveniently only appears to take place outside of busy retail outlets now that I think about it. Don't encourage him...

The was a bloke who used to dress like a cowboy up red house when i was growing up, can't remember his name.

Think he ended up getting outed as a nonce but could be wrong.
