what would the premise on the seafront become if its been refused permission?
Is it better to have some business rates coming in than nothing? Even for the short term?
Is it better to have the property occupied than empty....encourage commerce etc?
Looks like someone will get the place.
He collared me about it last week, said he'd been told there were others ahead of his bid. He got a low score for some elements, finance was one of them which pissed him off.
