When Shorty Met Dwarfy.

'Where's the dosh then Ellis?'
'There ya go Deka sell that parachute then see what you can buy'

Everything is done on the cheap with him, which in the end, becomes very expensive.

History suggests he's never known what he was doing from the minute he came in. Surely he's got to learn from his mistakes at some point. If it isn't now,we're in for a long period of misery.

Bain really wants McInnes and McInnes really want the job. What Ellis Short wants might be another story. Hopefully he keeps his nose out of it and leaves it up to Bain.
The reason would be because McInnes is asking questions about the budget and wants a realistic chance for us to go up if he were to come.

Ellis probably want some someone like Mcleish in, who would be happy with no budget (or more accepting than McInnes).

He's also losing half a team there, if both are big rebuilding jobs he is going to be better off here long term surely?
We're taking about a a club that has a school as its training ground. A whole new level of shite that even SAFC couldn't achieve

The longer it will go on without an appointment being made just lends more fuel to the suspicion that Short is f***ing things up again. He must realise that the playing squad is not fit for purpose and will require major overhaul. We will probably need to recruit upwards of a dozen new players which will require funding, either from player sales or further cash injection. He is faced with some stark choices, largely as a result of his catastrophic mismanagement, and we've got to hope he gets it right for once.

Everyone is on holiday man dont panic.

McInnes season just finished last Saturday and he has taken his family on holiday.

By all accounts contact has been made...when he gets back in the next few days Im sure it all be tied up.

Spot on. Whoever the manager is needs funds made available by Short whether that's McInnes or someone else.
