As the months and matches went to increased I can recall liking Elliott, Rostron and Alan Brown from that team but hating Whitworth and Bob Lee. Siddall and Tim Gilbert (R.I.P.) were canny anarl.

He was a good centre forward, Martin, notched plenty of goals. Suggett first of the 67 FA Youth Cup victors to break through, another very good striker.

Reid's mate Mulhall on the wing...record consecutive appearances....should have been the immortal Darius.
