Aye. You could just explain that you're neutral. I've had similar with pubs. I live near Arsenal and you can get asked for your ticket on a match day to get in for a drink. Explaining that you're not going to the match doesn't seem to work.

Always enjoyed going into pubs we weren’t allowed, just to look around.
Inc Corner Pin at Tottenham, Boleyn at West Millwall etc
Always alone mind :)

For all those people who have managed to secure a ticket in the Wimbledon end, I'd start swotting up on their club history/stats/famous players.

I've seen us do it with man Utd fans in the south stand, if they couldn't answer 3 basic questions on safc at the turnstile, they were refused entry.

Just tell them you're doing the 92, and August Bank Holiday weekend is a good time to catch a match in London ;)

Disgrace....

Sunderland fans desperate to see the club's promotion push have been stopped from buying tickets for home areas at Saturday's game at AFC Wimbledon.
The Black Cats quickly sold out their allocation of 735 tickets for the League One clash at The Cherry Red Records Stadium, which has the smallest capacity in the Football League.

Explain how this is a disgrace?

A Charlton fan got in the home end the other week and stupidly celebrated their goal. You can imagine how well that went down.

Could he not have got a spare ticket from his mate to watch his team? how did it go down when he celebrated?

It was a she. It didn’t go down well. Every Sunderland fan around started absolutely screaming at her and the lad who brought her, various threats issued then the stewards turned up, said “oh she’s with someone from Sunderland, we can’t do anytbing(!!)” and left them to it.

She stormed out after an hour complaining about how badly treated she’d been.
