So still “ playing up “ -so big chance for him to develop and kick on
As I say great to see a young lad doing well for his club -especially at 17 in the under 21s
What I’ve noticed at Hetton is he is also one of the more vocal players -which for a lad of his age is another positive
The coaches must rate him to have him around the first team

Let’s be honest, our youth set up and academy pisses all over the scums and had done for years.

All the blood money they have ain’t going to change that for some time. Especially now we have a clear path to our first team and gaining a reputation for playing good football and developing young talent.

Any local talent coming through would be bonkers to go to the mags over us.

Our 21s needs an overhaul, too much dead wood. But over the moon for Zak. He's a lovely kid and I hope he can make it in the game, he certainly has a very good chance.

Difficult to do when most of the first team still qualify for the u21s, so anyone who we sign specifically to fill out the u21s will probably have to be either very young or clearly not ready for the first team (if they ever will be).

I reckon this will just naturally happen over the next couple of seasons as a lot of the current u18s move up

For the third time, isn't Carney rated by the club? If you don't know just say and maybe someone else who has an idea can have an input
