Sunderland AFC Summer Transfer Rumours 2022/23

I don’t agree that a squad needs an experienced keeper, if that means a 30+ has been on high wages.

You can add that experience in the coaching team, it doesn’t need to be part of the playing squad.
Patterson no 1 and a young lad no 2 i reckon
I think Robersty and Wrightsy will sein.
Wright is in Australia on holiday after international games, so should be back in a week or 2 to train and sign contract im hoping.

I'll start with Michael Cooper 22 year old Plymouth GK with a year remaining on contract, on the GK short list and cheaper option than Iversen.

He has two years on his contract. Plymouth have talked about not letting him go on the cheap, although I agree he might be cheaper than Iversen.

Just because you are over 30 doesn't mean you are had been by your logic no team needs experience
