All itching to (re) book Montenegro after our initial trip was cancelled but I see there’s a 14 day mandatory quarantine period upon our return.

Is there an expectation of when the list of ‘green’ countries will be reviewed? It seems like a draconian measure with Montenegro’s infection rates...

Yes Cataluña may go back to phase 1. There are a few villages dotted around the country which are already back to a semi-lockdown.

Any reports from the well travelled SMB posters ? Noticed much difference while away ?
In Southern Italy at moment and relatively busy , only need mask on if go in a shop or on bus/train , otherwise no need for it . Hardly any social distancing and feels almost like a normal holiday pre Covid times
