Richard Hill saved the club.
If the loan isn’t repaid then the Americans take over. Says he can’t say what the date for repayment is.
Many, many sly digs at the fans.
Parkinson has apparently been told to get Grigg scoring goals again.
Anyone ? To save going through 50 pages of opinions and arguments etc
Cheers
This bit is the thing I needed to hear. Now we need action to get it sorted.- The loan has been secured against the owners of Maddrox (Donald, Methven, Sartori), if they default on payments, FPP will take ownership of Maddrox and Maddrox in effect own the club;
- Upset at being called a "chancer", said for the most part the fans have been absolutely fantastic, it's only a few, particularly on social media I assume that he has taken distaste to (I'm paraphrasing). But is amazed by the loyalty and believes the fans within the North East are the best in the world (mags included);
- Accepts that Grigg has been poor, but it's up to Parkinson to try and get him scoring and realising the form he showed the last time he was in league one;
- The American's investment appears as though it's a long term committment and they have ideas of investing in Sunderland and the wider North East area. The £10m loan is a test if you like to see how well the money can be invested efficiently, no objectives were mentioned, but I imagine the money or an element of the loan will be invested in January with the aim of getting us promoted;
- He reiterated what Methven said about Parkinson, explaining that the interview had went very well and Parkinson is highly regarded in the football world, they felt his experience working in this league would be of benefit;
- Had taken some time away from football as his parents have been ill, he mentioned his sister had passed away, but unsure if this was recent. He added that after watching Leadbitter's interview the other night he has decided to cut his time away short and his family understands.
- Both him and Sartori have enough money between them to comfortBly run the club and have money to spend in January. The acceptance of the loan was to ensure the American Group remained invested.
- He commended Hill for the work he's done to date.
- Overall, still very much committed to the club, accepted he's made mistakes, but he's got to live by them and make sure the current situation is rectified, he realises things aren't good right now, but noted that we are still within touching distance of the playoffs and with games in hand could be challenging for automatic promotion. He commented that January is a big month and we need to bring in the right players.
That’s a good summary imo.- The loan has been secured against the owners of Maddrox (Donald, Methven, Sartori), if they default on payments, FPP will take ownership of Maddrox and Maddrox in effect own the club;

Did a lot of good and hard work negotiating deals with high earners according to Donald. It could very well be true.How did Richard Hill save the club?
This, have a listen because everyone will interpret differently.Just listen to it and make your own mind up. One hour 7 mins into the show.

I would urge fans to listen and judge for themselves as some of the things said on here by bitter folk completely miss the tone of the conversation.
........seconded..........no way at all am I getting involved in that f***ing thread.......Anyone ? To save going through 50 pages of opinions and arguments etc

Thank you very much for that. Hopefully it will accepted for what it is, although I very much doubt it.............- The loan has been secured against the owners of Maddrox (Donald, Methven, Sartori), if they default on payments, FPP will take ownership of Maddrox and Maddrox in effect own the club;

well put..Several notes I jotted down.
Madrox owes Donald £20m and FPP £10m?!
Juan offered to pay them the loan money.
Haven’t skimpt on buying players?!
Plan on investing in whole area.
Methven/Donald have contradicted each other over the investment/loan.
Investment for players planned in January.
The insult matter handled well by him, and can be put to bed.
Both could be true.Nah. Cant be true. Richard Hill is a failure at Eastleigh so means he's an utter clown who couldnt possibly be a good job.
Read it on here.
It was £25m and yes he did.well put..
Still did not say what happened to the £15m parachute payment he used to buy the club with.
