Difficult to put words into action but makes every reason to carry on when you know there are still so many decent people around us.

I work in an industry affected quite a lot by suicide and it was sent out this morning Im sure a message about suicide prevention and about how much more we all can do to possibly save just one life.
Personally I've had the worst year of my life. Unbelievably hard and have had very dark times. But I feel my mental toughness is beginning to win the day albeit my circumstances remain.
I try to be positive. Try to avoid depressants like alcohol and get as much physical exercise as I can.
