It's something I really don't understand especially considering the financial position we're in. If you give youth a chance it's pretty easy to make money with the crazy transfer fees at the minute. Take Januzaj, for example, he's probably had less than ten good games in his entire career yet if Man Utd had sold him at the right time they could have got 10-15 mil for him, obviously it's a bit different cause we're not Man Utd but the general point still stands.

He said he was a coach at Valencia (I think youngens but not sure) when he got on the stage at the SOL in the banquet suite.It was quite emotional the way he spoke about the people,region and club .You could tell it came from the heart
