Stupid sacking

Yeh I’ll miss the same 12 subs coming on at exactly the same time every game when it’s not working yet again

I wasn't mowbrays biggest fan and can see many changes he could have made to improve us......... however dack was signed by the very same recruitment team that signed him at Blackburn, not Mowbray who, as the model dictates didn't have full say in any signing. See "centre forwards" for example.
No he wasn't. Harvey arrived at Blackburn in 2018 a year after Dack signed for them.

I'm not convinced it was all to do with results, I think they've always seen him as a short term choice to keep us in the Championship last season. I genuinely think he'd have been gone in the summer if Millwall had beaten Blackburn on that final day.

The rare manager who leaves SAFC still well liked and respected.

If the owners were that bothered about dropping points to Millwall, Plymouth and Huddersfield they should've given TM money to replace Stewart in the summer. Instead, they've given him 2 untested, injured strikers that he never asked for and Mason Burstow. Now they sack him because of poor results? Sheer stupidity. What did they expect? Rusyn to score 30 on his first season?

It seems like a stupid knee-jerk reaction based off the last 5 games to me. They've left TM without a striker or CB for the whole season and expected him to perform miracles. 3 bad results, sorry mate you're SACKED!

Stupidity.
you still crying?

And the rest of the scouts that joined safc all went ti Blackburn at the same time? Poi t remains Mowbray didn't have much say in transfers. Same as Neil. Its why neither are here right now.

Edit. A quick.search also shows Harvey wa indeed at Blackburn just not head scout. Officially scouting for youth signings.

Going to be a lot of posters looking stupid when the manager gets the strikers scoring 🤣

He hadn't signed a contract in months . They knew he was going
They knew he was going yes, but they needed to know if or what they could sell him for first. We are mainly self sufficient so any significant signing was going to come from outgoing transfers. If he didn't go we wouldn't have the income and would still be paying a decent wage for someone unable to play.
