turn it off, press on it with a damp cloth or screen cleaner wipe and hold it firmly while you turn it back on.

A small number of stuck pixels doesn't even count as a fault. Unlikely you'll be able to fix it.

If it's new, and bought on the net, you can send it back under distance selling laws though.
