Bell was fantastic in the warm-up games playing agressive and inventive cricket - the tournament started and immediately he reverted to batting for his average.

It was as if he was trying to emulate Alistair Cook's ODI style.

Blame Moores and his backroom staff, the gameplan's had no structure whatsoever, just a case of bat to 40 overs and try and up the tempo in last 10, just look at other countries like South Africa and Austrailia who take the batting powerplay halfway in 50% of games while we take it in the 35th over, Moores has just showed how out of his depth he is once again and should never have been given a 2nd chance! As for the bowling game plan!!! Them slow bouncers just made me chuckle whilst also wanting me to kick my tele off the wall! Unreal from the supposedly top coaches, goodbye watch the doir doesn't smack your arse on the way out!
