This video of young Harvey is beyond the pale. I've been a big fan of his up to now but after this I hope the tosser never plays for England or us ever again.

The video is pretty horrific to be fair. Maybe you aren't offended, but I thought it was pretty disgusting. Granted he is pissed up in it and may just be attempting (and failing IMO) to be humorous, but not really what you want to see from any human, never mind England's star all rounder. The apology was completely necessary, and possibly not quite enough.

Honestly fail to see the issue. He isn't mocking the disability of Harvey Price in any way. the fake outrage folk should be asking how does Harvey Price know such language. I found it funny at the time, I've seen numerous folk do impressions of what was said including myself, I found it funny. At no point do I find a disability funny though. Bizarre how easily outraged some folk are literally over nothing. Too easy to hold up the disability card now

I'm not sure another thread was needed like. To me the video shows him to be a bit of a nob (I think he probably thinks that himself hence the apology) but nothing to get outraged about.

You're very easily offended. I've seen both videos, fuck all to be offended by. You're jumping on the disabled bandwagon. If it was able bodied Joe Blogs from Middlesbrough doing what Harvey Price did, you would have no issue with Stokes doing the daft video impression. Through disability into the mix and folk are suddenly outrage, set of fannies.

The video is in bad taste and makes Stokes look like a knob. Its the last thing he needed at the moment.

Lets be honest here, there is plenty of evidence building to suggest he is indeed a knob and he's got an awful lot of work to do to put that perception behind him now. The apology is the least he could have done and might make him think twice before doing something similar in future. Whether you personally find it offensive is irrelevant to a large extent. He was the vice captain of England and being seen mocking the disabled is not acceptable.
