Stokes injured his finger, is it the same one that he had trouble with earlier in the summer?

Bairstow and Buttler called up as cover, don't know why they need two of them

still? christ, they were talking about it before the odi in ireland, apparently he could barely hold a bat when he returned for durham - begs teh question why throw him in so early? but i would have thought the swelling would have gone down by now.

is stokes still going to play for england or is he withdrawn then?
