Sticky Korean Chicken and Chips at the SOL

I got this in the SE corner on Saturday, kiosk just as you go into the kids area.

Was Freezing cold. Its just chicken rolled about in BBQ sauce from a squeezy bottle (looked like Heinz).

I was gutted as I'd been looking forward to it after seeing it a few weeks beforehand

Most of the food is cold. I’ve asked them to put stuff in the microwave to make it edible. They refused.

Yeah, not had a good experience with the food in the stadium. Thought this may have been different.
Food cold

Beer warm.

Football is good though and our prospects are excellent.

To be honest I can stand a rubbish burger if we win games and play well.

Well this feels very disappointing. Least they're trying something different I guess.

In fairness to the club they have little incentive to significantly improve the offering as it’s busy as fuck with people buying the bog standard beers and burgers etc. if there was a way to improve the quality and get your hands on it easily they could make £££. Allowing drinking back in the stands would at least double beer sales if wifeys could walk up and down and hoy bottles of beer at people for 6-7 quid

And then the away fans could throw the empties at us!

Steak and chips, mixed grill, burgers. You know. 👀

10 years ago when we beat Chelsea 2-1 at the Sol in extra time in the Carabao Cup Quarter final, I remember I bought a hotdog and a drink and some bloke remarked that I'd spent me "Christmas box on it"

 I rarely get things because I can't be arsed with the ques.
