Stewart Donald Podcast - questions

We'll definitely be looking to talk about that. Few people - me included - have concerns that for £10 a shot, the service doesn't represent value for money. Clubs like Gillingham offer multiple camera angles and commentary with theirs, for instance.
£10 is OTT like, how much is a Sky Sport pass for a week, £12.99?
Plus when we all tried to pretend be from overseas (I mean when I was overseas) that link didn't work :)

I was in the Front row West Stand last week, and very nice too......

However, am nee grass but the subs weren't really warming up, they were just Fookin aboot, telling jokes and shoite...apart from Wykey who was doing his robot wars shoite....

Question is, only 3 subs get on, couldn't all of the subs be given a tray selling nuts, savoury snacks, crab sticks and even get one of those Ghost Buster packs to serve drinks when they're walking up and doon the touchline?

That way you'd reduce the congestion on the concourse, make a few quid and the players could reconnect with the fans.

I want the Fookin Troof......
You don't have much say when there not on professional contracts

Could you ask if I can mail him on how shite transport links there are to the match from blackhall/hpool/teeside.
Such as no way home from midweek games, fans getting turned away from full trains etc.
I’d happily send Stewart a report?

I disagree. Gillingham offer a better service for the same price so why can't we?
I’m just over the moon to be able to see them play uninterupted away in L1 when people thought it’d be tough to get streams for games this far down the ladder. Suppose there’s room for improvement though, you’re right.

I wouldn't even say its unreasonable to expect replays on key moments and for them to overlay the commentary which they already sell separately on the site.

Just tell him this app thing for half time pints is shite mate, that’s what I’m trying to say. We tried it at the last home game and it was f***ing bedlam.

They had lads walking round before kick off telling people how good the app was, have spent loads of money on machines and signage for it, just pour loads of spare pints before half time and get some contactless payment machines in.

This app thing is like a really shit idea from dragons den.

Don't understand why they got rid of the HT tokens

The commentary is BBC Radio Newcastle isn't it? If we just overlayed that on the video feed we'd be sued for copyright infringement.

On the other hand, I agree that some kind of commentary might be a nice option, although I have enjoyed turning the volume up and just listening to the crowd and match sounds on the feeds, so if it was an option for the individual listener to have or not have the commentary I'd probably choose to not have it on my feeds.
