-Maybe it was a Mag who knicked the scarf and went for the pitch
- Maybe it was a stevenage fan who had an agenda against that particular player for some reason

There's a Stevenage fan on Newcastle Online saying it was one of theirs, the type that turn up for the big games, says they have a few nutters turning up at games like this - mentions a game with Luton where there was bother

been mentioned on twitter it was a stevenage fan who got refused a shirt

Don't be saying things like that man - you'll upset a lot on here. The fact that he has a red & white scarf, is celebrating with the home fans and runs off the pitch away from the Newcastle fans count for nowt - it was a Mag wot dunnit

Wrong.

It was the Chelsea fans.

It's obvious it was a mag that did it, you're not going to run on the pitch and smack one of your own players when they've just got you into the 4th round of the FA Cup are you? The most surprising thing for me is that the mag had the foresight to pick up a stevenage scarf before he did it, and then the afterthought to run away with the home fans.

Wondering why ITV didn't mention the coin throwing. Oh aye, I forgot, Newcastle are the media darlings.
Pisses me off like.

But aye, it was pretty shocking to see him get smacked.
