There is a podcast knocking about (I had trials once with Gareth Seddon and Jordan Hulme) with Gareth Evans who played for him at Rotherham last time he was there.

Tells a story of being called in at 8am on a Sunday where he finds Evans in his office with a Sausage Roll hanging out of his mouth, a bag of Chocolate open on his desk and pastry crumbs all down his jumper.
