Steijn or Potter (managerial suggestion)


Id look at Maurice
Steijn who did so well before
he went to Ajax. Also, an
almost identical case is
Graeme Potter. Both couldn't
handle the massive teams but
great beforehand and styles suit. Both free of course too. You know what we're like 👍
 
We need to have a reality check here. The last 5 years have seen Potter stabilise a Swansea team that had dropped then pretty much setup Brighton as a top half prem team and then get a chance at Chelsea on of the biggest jobs in the Prem.

We meanwhile spent 4 years hiring muppets like Parkinson and Lee Johnson had multiple changes of ownership structures and currently a manager at us post premier league has an average life cycle of 33 games.

Sorry for the negativity just struggling to picture any scenario that would see us appoint someone like Potter
