Some strange choices or at very least positions in the latest lot - in what possible world is David Nugent worse than Nile Ranger?

To be honest Nile Ranger would have been a decent shout for No. 1
Surely anything from 50-100 is much of muchness. The order only really stands in the Top 20.

If I was labelled, lets say, the 81st worst striker I'd consider my career a success

Very harsh on kyle, just as well we ain't in the Prem or Vaughan would be a shoe in.
Thought Kevin Kyle had real promise, remember him scoring 5 (or 6?) for the ressies when he wasn't fully fit. think it was an old childhood injury that ended his top flight career . Was an article about him a few years back, had ended up at Stranraer, and was working on the Irish ferries.

Perhaps there is something in the air on the North bank of the Wear, were discussing strikers who had flopped, despite having a good goal scoring records before or after playing for us. Names that came up (some well before my time) Joe Baker, Ally McCoist , Lee Chapman, and Flo.
