Tried it this morning in a 45 min class. My legs are like jelly, I am absolutely knackered, doing it again tomorrow morning! Must do wonders as I'm never this knackered off a normal hour long cardio session on the treadmill, cross trainer and rowing machine!
 


Anyone do it at the Acquatic Centre?
Get free classes as part of my membership so thinking of doing it once or twice a week...Do you change all the settings etc yourself?

Also, I'm never sure how to set a bike up correctly. Whenever I try to use one my legs just start knacking immediately and make it really hard work - and I'm not unfit.

The instructor will help you set up the bike and address any concerns you may have, do it !
