Spinning



Anyone else with any advice for weight loss / fitness using spinning bikes? Routines,Mileage, Diet etc....

Put the effort in and like any form of exercise if you are burning more than u eating the timber will drop off not rocket science,
spinning ok but rowing even better for a whole body tone up & work out
6 months of rowing 30 mins a day 5 days a week will change ur body shape for the better
