Try eBay n gumtree ? New ones with a heavy flyweight can be quite pricey and classic case of lack of motivation to use it in the house after few week?

Got this set up in my spare room infront of the TV.......Option to buy now pay nowt for 12 months.....Cancelled gym membership and money being put to one side so will pay for itself by time its due. Like the spin bike as can be set up like my outdoor bike.....Really solid piece of equipment, not the usual flimsy home shite.

You can buy a machine that attaches to the front wheel of a normal bike. A bloke opposite me has one rigged up in his garage and mainly uses it over winter.

A lot of my cyclist mates use those in the winter as well steve, but moan about how boring it is, so music is a must.
