Speakman

So we’re laying the blame solely at the door of someone who has brought in some absolutely outstanding players, but maybe got a few wrong?

Regis Le Bris has a pretty good squad to choose from there, but continues to play the same formation, same way, game after f***ing game. Honest to god, some of you lot are blind as fuck!

He’s ran some of them into the ground, ruined Chris Rigg and you still blame f***ing Speakman. Fuck off.
No.

We brought in Le Fee which was decent but there was clearly no money to spend on fees. His hands are a bit tied in that respect.

Other teams can go out and lash down millions on a striker and we have to hope somebody can lend us one.
We were allegedly prepared to spend £10m on an overpriced Tom Cannon. We ended up signing a crock in the final few minutes of a transfer window that lasts a whole month. We will likely never see the lad play in a red and white shirt.
Again, great craic that. First time anyone’s said that on here I think.

Ok Tony, Ok Regis, Ok Kristjaan, Ok <enter name here>. Mint.
No bother.

He’s given the manager the tools to do the job as can be seen by the fact that we are comfortable in the play offs and our players are being courted by teams in the Premiership. It’s now up to the manager and his team .

Just ignore what’s happening in the dugout and on the pitch pal 👍🏻

There's absolutely no way on earth we were willing to pay £10m on cannon. It will have been a loan with £10m obligation if we got promoted. No chance Kyril would have been lashing that into the club.

Our highest fee under them is £3m.

I think he's had a decent season if I'm honest. Could have done with at least three more over the season but he needs to address signing knackered with a poor fitness history.

The point still stands that we've been left well short in key areas. I'm praying the Cirkin injury isn't serious but it's not like the lad isn't injury prone. We could well end up cobbling together a back-four in the play-offs yet again. It was entirely foreseeable.
I don’t expect anything pal. Just posting what I post, how I feel. Tis what it is.
No one is forcing you to reply.

I absolutely agree and said it as soon as the window closed. Ridiculous not to give it a proper go with how close we were. Wheels were always going to come off without reinforcements and it was obvious the gap was going to widen. Very predictable.

I'm trying to not even think about the ambition we will show in the summer when a few leave.

We spend ages looking for managers alligned to the model. We are hamstrung with this owner and DOf. We will sack off regis next year and find the next puppet
