Spain passes law giving menstrual leave

Trusting people to be honest is foolish.

Doctor’s note is dodgy, as if it’s incapacitating surely they’re not going to be able to get to the doctors?
If it’s an ongoing condition, which it can be in some cases, there are official diagnoses available.

If it’s an intermittent occurrence, it’s more like an extension of “duvet days”.

Don’t get how trusting people is foolish as you fundamentally have to have an element of trust with anyone you’re employing.
Does the bill cover women with penises who suffer menstrual discomfort?
I dunno mate, did you read the article at all?

Sounds great in theory, but in practice, most workplaces have piss takers who will take opportunities to have free time off.

It's brutal. I resonate with the quote in blue writing as that is a very accurate description of what I went through. Ended up having a hysterectomy and ovaries out to cure it.

Now dealing with menopause and the shit storm that brings. I stopped off work today as I couldn't face going in.

Happens a lot on threads about women. This place can be really unsupportive towards females. I stopped reading the missing lady thread as some bloke on there is now a menopause expert. He knows bot all. I just ended up wanting to kick him in the bollocks. The sanctimonious prick.
True, but thankfully they're in the minority. Well I hope they are anyway.

Yeah I've been generally swerving it, it's a rather unpleasant thread.
