Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK and to add to that, the North East of England has the worst suicide rates in the country, with men accounting for over 75% of those numbers.
We are aiming to change that.
If you’ve had a rough time and in need of somewhere to talk, please come and join us for a cuppa and a bit crack on! You will laugh, you might cry but we can promise you’ll feel better for it.
You’re also more than welcome to come and join us if you’d just like to support your fellow mates.
