Southgate confirmed to stay.

In fairness, and much as I wanted him to stay in the job, one of the major reasons for wanting him to go was the most recent Nations' League campaign. That's pretty much everything we now get to play that isn't the world cup or euros.

Which current English striker is better than Kane?
None but that has nothing to do with what I said

Yeah and the nations league campaign sucked ass, i agree with you, but heres' thing, who really gives a fuck about it, its not exactly a euros or a world cup is it, yeah it sucked ass to get relegated, but unlike italy, and germany who were also in our group along with hungry, who's had the better world cup.

Well, England. The downside is that we were second seeds in the qualifying draw for Euro 2024. The fact that 24 teams qualify means we should get through easily though.

Can you prove your point?

Let's just sack someone who has the best record in 50+ years.

Are we there yet Mummy? I'm bored.

Can you show me the quote where I said Southgate should be sacked for Potter?

Iirc I just pointed out that international and domestic win percentages shouldn’t be compared.

Well, it seems to suggest that you're not a massive fan of Harry Kane. If he's a good striker but not a winner but it our best, what's Southgate supposed to do? For what it's worth, I don't think he should be England captain.
He is the best English striker, but isn’t a winner, most prolific strikers win lots of trophies he hasn’t maybe he’s unlucky 😳

He looks the part, good with media, says all the right things and the side takes the knee etc.
Has he ever had the hard edge to get us over the line in a tournament when the margins are fine
and the real pressure is on - probably not.
Serious shortcomings in terms of tactics and substitutions at the business end of tournaments.
Side is developing but lack of striking options is a concern for 2024 as Kane gets older.

Because he wouldn’t be there if he wasn’t fit ya daft arse
What a ridiculous comment

He was injured in the Leicester game before the world cup. Wasn't available at all initially:

Fresh Maddison injury update emerges ahead of England vs USA World Cup clash

Having 26 man squads meant teams could pick risk players who weren't initially fit. Even if he was fully fit, he was always a fringe player in the squad.
That would suggest he isn’t ruthless enough or he’s comfortable being a big fish in a small pond

I can't argue with that other than saying that there's a limit to the number of big ponds. He should have gone to Man City in 2021 if he wanted trophies.
